Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat, Cough And Fever

I'm 18 and been having a bad throat, cough and fever since a day. Although my throat hasnt worsened, my fever is getting really high. It was almost 101F in the afternoon at 3, so I took a dolo 650. I slept after that and woke up now(it is 1915). I just checked my temperature and it is 101.5F.
Would you advice I take another dolo 650?

PS- Im on other medication for the same purpose, since today, which includes Alex cough syrup, steam and 2 more tablets called Azee 500(once in the morning) and Montec- LC (once in the night), both for 5 days.
