Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat, Dryness And Metallic Taste In Mouth

Hi I have had a sore throat now for 6 weeks my mouth is dry and I find it difficult to swallow and can taste blood in my throat a lot of the time, when I swallow it feels as though some of it is going down my throat and some feels like it is going up my nose, I am now starting to feel unwell. I do have a cleft palate.
