Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat , Indigestion And Headache

Two days ago I woke up with a sore throat and headache (I still have the sore throat). Then fever, highest it went was 102.4 and brought it down taking Aleve and Tylenol. I have a deep cough (no mucus), a little stomach discomfort but nothing major there. Slightly stuffy nose but not too bad. Noticed that my urine is sometimes dark but not all the time. Wondering if I could just be dehydrated. Usually don t have a sore throat this long. Assumed it was the flu but once I look on line all sorts of crazy things come up. Thank you
