Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat, Lethargy And Body Pains

I have had flu symptoms for about 10 days, starting with a sore throat, then lethergy, genral aches and pains and a productive cough. I have now had 3 episodes of severe sweating (over the past 24 hours) with no elevated temp. My temp is below normal (34.8). I recently returned from the Pacific Islands (3 weeks ago). Definitely no temps above 38, so dont think it is malaria. Thanks
