Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat With Blood Stained Mucus

hi there, last nite i began to have a sore throat which got worse during the nite, this morning (im from the uk) when i go to clear my throat there is blood streaks in the mucus, at first it was a lot but it has slowly began to decrease in the amount of blood.
