Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat With Swelling

Hi, my name is Jackie. I am currently having sore throat, but i don't have any fever, flu, or running nose. I just feel like something is blocking my throat, and I can't really swallow food because it hurts. I also feel like it is swollen inside. Do you know if this is just a normal sore throat? And what I can do to cure it? Thank you!
