Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat

Hi I have what seems to be a sore throat. Until today I didnt think much of it, then I decided to check on it because it has been going away and coming back for weeks now. There is a very blood red spot behind my uvula. After touching it I realized that it was actually bleeding. I am just wandering if I should be concerned especially since it has been on and off for weeks. I did have strep a few weeks ago but I took anti biotics and it went away.
