Suggest Treatment For Soreness And Inflamed Perineum Region

I have a sore, raw perineum. The line in the middle that runs between the anus and the scrotum is very inflamed and irritated, especially on the side nearest to the anus. The perineum itself is raw and seems to be e
xcreating some kind of exudate. I also have an area around my anus that is raw. These symptoms have persisted for over a week now and I'm not sure how to remedy myself. I have tried hydrocortizone and anti-fungal cream and they only seem to make the area angrier.
Can you offer any advice? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Maurice
