Suggest Treatment For Soreness And Irritation On Penis Head

Hi, I have a problem. The head of my penis has this irritation that I ve had for about 3 weeks now and sometimes my gentiles become sore, I have been tested for gonorrhea, Chlam, and HIV and they all came back negative. The nurse said it s a possible yeast infection. what do i do to get rid of it?
