Suggest Treatment For Soreness And Skin Discoloration In The Breast

i have really sore breasts and they have dark circles around the nipple area. also i have a tight feeling in my lower abdominal area which is very irritating and feels like i need to stretch all the time. it doesnt go away. i am 5 days post ovulation and i have had these since the day of ovulation. my breasts are really painful to touch just need some advice please
