I have been painting and my arm is sore. For a couple weeks, i ve noticed my hand getting uncomfortable and hot when using the computer. At night, I wake up to my hand feeling hot internally. I can move my arm around and it will suddenly stop. I go back to sleep only to wake up with the same painful burning sensation.
