Suggest Treatment For Soreness And Tenderness In The Penis Foreskin

hi, i am 42 yrs old, been with my wife for 8 years, faithful and for a year or more been getting a sore foreskin. it is red, tender and feels a little like sunburn. occasionally i get a bit of redness on the tip of my penis too. i have seen 3 doctors and each ask the same questions like have i changed wash powder etc and tell me its just irritation. they have given me several different creams and ointments but none yet seem to clear it up totally. i can wake up fine, but by the afternoon its tender, sometimes i wake up and its tender and in a few hours its fine. basically there dont seem to be any pattern to why it happens. i think in all the time it has affected me that i probably have either the soreness and redness or the redness without the soreness and vice versa 85% of the time. i havent had sex for months (which is wearing thin with the ever patient wife) as it feels even more tender during intercourse. Please please help in any way you can, im at my wits end with it. Yours Steve.
