Suggest Treatment For Soreness And White Headed Pimple On Inner Labia

a couple of days ago i noticed a small white headed pimple on my inner labia minoria but its like a sore patch now which stings when urinating i also have a greenish discharge but it does not have a odour, this all started with intense stomach cramps which im on antibiotics for, any ideas what this could be?
