Suggest Treatment For Soreness/cracking In The Outer Area Of Vagina

i have been having (not sure how to describe it) snoreness/ cracking in the outer lower are of the vagina (the frenulum of labia is it?) after sex with comdom. It has never happen before because my partner and i would rotate from with or without condom. but for the new year we decided "condoms all the way" but it is tearing me apart literally! We always have forplay everytime and trust me i get really wet but as soon as the condom goes on and in it feels like it absorbed everything. What can i do?
