Suggest Treatment For Soreness In Cliotral Hood

the bit of my labia that sticks out a bit keeps rubbing against my sanitary pad and it is so so sore and irritating. everytime i put cream on it just wipes straight off. i currently cannot use tampons and this has never happened before. how do i ease the soreness of it/stop it happening?
