Suggest Treatment For Soreness In The Palate

Oh did not expect this....well I have a very sore roof of mouth....not all over but enough for it to feel uncomfortable...feels sort of spongy...not lumps or spots but sore....had for about three weeks on and off....worse when mouth is dry...overnight fir example.
