Suggest Treatment For Soreness On Face, Arms And Back

I have sores on mybody that usually have two near each other face arms back,belly they scab turn black or have a sticky thick scab. I have black specks that make my skin bleed when touched. My hair line has scabs with red spots on them. I then feel something move across my neck and down my back like spiders.
