Suggest Treatment For Soreness On Side Of Throat

Hi. I am a 39 year old female. I am experiencing soreness on the right side of my throat only. Right tonsil slightly inflamed. Felt mostly in the morning and while yawning. No swelling on neck, lymph nodes. No fever, lethargy, etc. Previously diagnosed with stage 2 colon cancer 10/13. Successful surgery. Clean scans.
Throat nodule noted. No growth since last check-up.
