Suggest Treatment For Sores And Itching In Pubic Area

i have this intense itching in my pubic area and this has been well over a year. i have done all urinary infection test and vaginal swap and nothing was found. it's hardly there during the day but it becomes worse at night. there are no red patches, just sores from itching.
