Suggest Treatment For Sores On Nose

My mom was having two white blotchy sores in her nose which are now about gone then she got a strange feeling in the morning of freezing cold air going up her sinuses and now she is stuffy and has some pain in her face.What is it and how does she treat it.She's on heart medication and high blood pressur
e meds and I know she can't just take
anything .Thank you
