Suggest Treatment For Spasms Pain In The Leg

I have diabetes type 2. I take glucophage 500mg 2x a day. I also have thyroid trouble. i take synthroid 50 mg 1 a day. I was taken cymbalta for depression and it was helping me with neuropathy. But my depression was better and i took myself off cymbalta. Now it seems that my right leg from top to bottom is giving me some kind of spasms pain. Bothers me constantly. taking aleve, tylenol but it really does not help. I went back on cymbalta a week ago but still got this pain. I Need help please. thank you
