Suggest Treatment For Speaking Difficulty After A Stroke

i have a friend who had a stroke two years ago he could not talk for a couple of weeks. he is doing fine you will never know that he had a stroke. Certain words i notice is hard for him to say he also droll from the side of his mouth not much. he takes these medicine everyday some twice aday and i notice he is so out of it for about two hours he is somewhat a little confuse and he sleeps but after a couple of hours he is ok. Medicines Atorvastain, norvasc/amlodipine, lisinupril, metoprolol trat, omeprazole and bayer asprin. do he really have to take so much. now he is complaining of his lower back hurting. i m dating him for 1 year and it s effecting me as well. i hate to see him take so much
