Suggest Treatment For Sphenoid Sinusitis

I have acute sphenoid sinusitis. I do not know how long i have had it. I have been on three antibiotics but nothing seems to clear it up completly.

Other than obvious pain, fever, and fatigue, i am very dizzy...feels like i might black out.

Also for the past two years i have had on and off issues with the smell of something burning...that usually lasts two or three days at a time.

Is the dizziness and smell of something burning normal for this?
