Suggest Treatment For Spider Bite Marks That Is Slightly Itchy

i thought I had a spider in my shirt when I took my shirt off and saw 8 red bumps looked like bites on the inside of my forearm. I didn t pay attention just covered them up. Now I am getting other bite looking marks in various places mostly legs. Not real itchy, but I do find myself scratching them sometimes. What could they be
