Suggest Treatment For Spinal Cord Injury

My friend has a spinal cord injury due to motor accident (he can t lift his lower limbs). He suffers from bed sores (Pressure sore). He had used TriDerma Pressure Sore Relief cream but didn t help. He is looking for a good cream or ointment to use. What is your recommendation? What topical products should he use? Thank you for your help in advance.
