Suggest Treatment For Spinal Degeneration Along With TMJ And Tinnitus

My husband has significant spinal degeneration. He s recently had nerve ablation on the upper spine beneath his neck. He has TMJ and tinnitus. He has become ultra sensitive to temp changes which causes him immediate pain inside the ears (shooting pain occasionally.) What can he do to alleviate this pain and sensitivity?
