Suggest Treatment For Spinal Stenosis And ED

Presently diagnosed with spinal stenosis - MRI I am a 61 year old male in otherwise good shape - not exactly ED but experiencing soft errection problems ! Presently going for acupuncture on lower back. I do not have high blood pressure and am trying to understand and figure stuff out.
