Suggest Treatment For Spotting And Cramping After Using Vibrator

Used a vibrator, two days later started to spot. It has been 4 days now with more cramping and bright red bleeding. I'm 31, 5'1, 105lbs. use Yazmin bcp regularly. hx of pos pap smear done last year, no treatment per md (very benign), will repeat pap again this year.
