Suggest Treatment For Spotting And Leg Pain After Intercourse

i had sex with my boyfriend and it was not fully inserted we did not used condom or any protection ,little blood came out at that time from vagina , now when my periods time is there i am having pain in my legs the same as it happens in periods but i am just observing blood spots and not the whole periods , i also dance last night before it happened is this happening because of physical activity ?or m i pregnant ?what can be the problem ? i dont want to consult a doctor
