Suggest Treatment For Sprained Ankle

Hi I went to see a dr today since i dprained my ankle. They took xrays and thank god it just sprained. In the evening the pain is unbearable. I took tylenol before but its not helping. I also took of the bandage to put an ice cooling jell. I cant stand on my foor because its so painful
