Suggest Treatment For Spreading Infection On Skin

Hi Doctor,



I am facing problem of skin decease and one of the doctors in our area suggested me to apply Salactin Paint on those area's which are affected. I am using this from more than one month but no use its spreading all over the face please suggest good treatment or skin specialist doctor who can cure this.
