Suggest Treatment For Spreading Rashes From Abdomen To Back

My 13 year old daughter has been developing a rash over the past four days. It began on her abdomen and has spread to her back, arms and is slowly appearing on her legs. She does not have any other symptoms. She has not been sick the entire school year. There is no herald patch, nor are they clustered. A few of the bumps are slightly red with a black dot in the center while the majority of the bumps are slightly red or flesh color. The bumps with the black dots are irregular shaped and somewhat larger than the rest. The rash does not itch or cause any type of discomfort. She does not have any allergies and is current with her vaccinations. The rash has not spread to her vaginal or anal areas.
