Suggest Treatment For Stage 4 For Chronic Kidney Disease

Hi Doc, My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 CDK and he also have advanced PAD(with bypass in both legs), cardiovascular disease, quadruple bypss, hipertensiom, copd, diabetes type2, history of Gi bleeding and severe anemia due to internal bleading (himoglobin 5). He has had blood trasfusions to bring his anemia under a decent level. He is 59 years old, 5 9 and 255 pounds. He is a smoker. Weare getting the financial affairs in order in case its need. With allhis meducal condition do you think if he is a candidate for dyalises and what is his life expectancy ?
