Suggest Treatment For Staph In Two Of My Fingers

i have staph in two of my fingers. my index finger is throbbing,red,swollen with pus draining on its own.it has been keeping me up at night.I know dr gives antibiotics but most posts i have read doesnt mention getting anything for the pain..will most doctors give you pain med if it is painful or there a reason they dont
