Suggest Treatment For Staph Infection In Toe Nail Of A Child

Hi, I am a podiatrist in California. I have an 8-year-old female who is 10 days postop partial great toenail matricectomy. I examined her 4 days postop because she was complaining of pain. Surgical site was inflamed. No proximal cellulitis. Wound culture grew out 4+ staph simulans sensitive to Cipro, clindamycin, erythromycin, tetracycline, trimethoprim sulfa and the linezolid. Yesterday lab reported anaerobic organism 3+ gram-positive cocci. I don't have an ID yet on the anaerobe. What would you recommend as your best antibiotic option including dosing information?
