Suggest Treatment For Stenosis In Lower Back, Numb Leg And Weak Knees

I have a back problem I have a disc that blew out of my spine leaked out the fluid and is just staying there and I have stenosis in my lower back that is severe my left leg is numb I have to use a walker at all times I fall if I bend at my knees for a couple minutes I cannot move then I fall. should I go to an orthopedic surgeon or go to a neurosurgeon?
