Suggest Treatment For Sternoclavicular Subluxation In Knee

I had an X-ray and it showed a left sternoclavicular subluxation with prominence with a lump in the left medial clavicular there is a mild Ossetia hyper trophy anterior knee which may account for the palpable abnormality .. Which dr should evaluate this ? What causes this to happen ?
