Suggest Treatment For Sticky Penile Discharge Along With Pain In Penis

Hi Doc, I am 33 male, 88kgs, 6ft, Mumbai-India. No major medical history in past. but from past week, there is white liquid which sticky which secrets. There is a pain when i position the penis tip towards up. Also, when i tried to masturbate today i did not derive pleasure as there continuous pain during the act and also post ejaculation there was some blood in the sticky secretion . I am tensed, help me please.
