Suggest Treatment For Stiff Neck And Pain Behind Ear

doctor for past month i've had a stiff neck today the pain is outrages, i can turn my head but worst the pain is mostly at nape going up to behind my ear, just went to the doctor and checked my blood pressure even though i'm on atnelol it was fine ( iwent because of diverticulits) takng augmentin for this . i am not one to be at doctors much but the pain is rough ! neck totally stiff especially behind left ear its palpatating
