Suggest Treatment For Stiff Neck And Pain In Forearm

I work on a busy cash register, repetative movements... Also I cleaned the windows at the front of the store for a cororate visit a few days ago. It started with right shouder soreness and a stiff neck, now my forearm has a throbbing pain. What to do??? YYYY@YYYY
