Suggest Treatment For Stiffness And Decreased Mobility In Leg From Hip

I have painful stiffness and decreased mobility in my right leg from my hip(sciatic inflamed) down to my hip that s been going on for months that s getting worse rather than better. after researching I would have to say that symptoms are similar to those of tetanus. I have appointments set with Dr and Chiro for Monday and Tuesday. My question is...until my appointments, which over the counter anti-inflammatory is best/ most effective for relief of these symptoms
