Suggest Treatment For Stiffness And Soreness In The Foot After Dropping The Stool On The Feet

I woke up Saturday morning and got out of bed but I could walk I had stiffness, thightness,sore calfs in my both legs,it hurts to walk every time I set and try to get up its hurts really bad and hard to walk,but I haven t done any activity exercise at all,so I do know what happened,Friday I did drop a foot stool on my right foot and its are bruised..so please help me
