Suggest Treatment For Stiffness And Tingling Sensation In Legs And Feet

I have nerve compression at thoracic level D11, Neuro Surgeon said improvement is significant,I am taking allopathic medicine which is causing lot of side effect like drowsiness, constipation, dry mouth,weaknesses etc.Is there any medicine in ayurveda.I am having difficulty in walking as there is stiffness in the legs and tingling sensation at the feet.
