Suggest Treatment For Stiffness In Foreskin And Smaller Penis Size

I suffered in tight foreskin of my penis.My penis' foreskin is so
tight and the foreskin hole is so small that I can't move down my
foreskin.Hence I can't wash inside my foreskin.Many times i tried to
move my foreskin down but it hurts a lot.Even when i masturbate it
hurts.My penis' size is not so big.I want it to be big and with normal
foreskin that i can move it or stretch it down easily.Please tell me a
