Suggest Treatment For Stiffness In Hand While Having Breast Cancer

I have stage four breast cancer in the left breast. My left hand is stiff and the little finger and the one next to it is numb. What can I put on it ? Heat or ice to help with the discomfort. From the wrist to the finger tips is tingling and painful. I take Arimedex once at night time. I am 66 yrs. Old African American. Email YYYY@YYYY .
