Suggest Treatment For Stinging Sensation On Tip Of Penis

for the past to or three weeks i have had a stingin sensation on the tip of my penis. it also looks somewhat inflamed. i am also not sexually active. sometime i kinda looks like there is goosebumps on it but not all the time. ive been to the doctor and had urine tests and blood tests and there were no iregularities. whats wrong with me?
