Suggest Treatment For Stitch Scar On Cheek

Hi doctor, I have stitch marks on my cheek since the past 24 years. I am 28 years old now. I rubbed contratubex on it for some months, but it didn't fade even a little bit. Could you plz suggest me some other gel to reduce it's visiblity? I don't want to go for any surgery to reduce it.
