Suggest Treatment For Stomach Ache, Diarrhea, Nausea And Loss Of Appetite

i have pains and diareah and nausea i feel sick and i can't get up and I'm loosing appetite. blood came back normal and so did stool I'm going for a colonoscopy and an endoscopy what happens if the bleeding and pains keep happening and the tests are normal
