Suggest Treatment For Stomach Ache From The Diaphragm

i have a stomach ache from my diaphragm and to what feels like the back of my spine. it feels as though someone has punched me right in the upper stomach. i feel liike i have to pass stool or vomit but I can't do either. i've have stomach ache for 7+ hours and it keeps getting worse. what should I do?
