Suggest Treatment For Stomach And Lower Back Pain

I have been suffering with really bad stomach pains for over a week now with really bad wind also. I now have bad lower back pain and can not even stand up straight.I have just finished my 5 year remission after having cervical cancer so i am worried that something has returned.
